How can i filter a contact and a company at the same time?

I need to filter, for exemple: A Marketing Director from a midsize company.

Where: "Marketing Director" are two proprieties in "Contact", and "Midsize" it's a proprietie in "Company". How can i filter this in only one search?

This, unfortunatly, is not possile in the CRM on its own. Do do this you would need the lists feature of the marketing hub basic +.
