We are a company that sells hardware and software products to our customers. We sell software from Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Wolfram, Sketchup etc.
These licenses can be of variable duration, 1 year, 3 years, etc. There can be not only subscriptions but also permanent licenses, and they can also have service renewals. Sometimes, customers with a 1-year contract can purchase an additional license at any time in the middle of the year. These also need to be added to the main contract.
What we want is to send automatic e-mails to both the customer and our sales representative 45 days before, 30 days before, 15 days before, etc., when the renewal times come.
We should be able to record the contract start and end dates, contract number, license number if any, how many licenses were obtained, what kind of licenses they were, etc. And we can automatically send license information to the customer by e-mail.
We would like to see all these contracts in a single area. We want to make filters, for example we want to see the licenses we sold to educational institutions, the licenses we gained or lost in the last year, etc. We want to see.
How can we do all this? I have been researching the subject for a long time, but I have not yet found how to construct it and in which area I should do it. Not everything is compatible with every area. Thanks in advance.
as John suggested this could be done with Custom objects to fit exactly to what you want.
But if you need to continue working on PRO licences
you put all the information in a deal or in the comapny, as properties (contract start and end dates, contract number, license number if any, how many licenses were obtained, what kind of licenses they were)
and then you can try out the new Customer Success workspace.
In this space, deals a created automatically from a Contract end date...and you can work up renewals from there.
This is a public Beta that you can try
Hope this helps

@FatihSeven Sounds like a perfect use case for custom objects. You'll need the enterprise tier of Sales Hub if you don't already have it.
