How can I separate (tag?) Subcontracter contacts from Client/Customer Company listings?

Hello.  We run a marketing agency and we use lots of subcontractors.  We need to keep records for all our indie / subbies, often self-employed people without a Ltd company, we also need to keep contacts for our customers and prospects - more of a sales CRM.

How can we effectively set this up?

Hi @FindMarketing 

I would create a Custom Property for your Contacts called "Subcontractor".

You can tick all the Subbies and create a Smart List so they filter automagically.

Then, when you send a marketing emails to your leads you could exclude the Subbies (if that was appropriate).
