How can I increase the value of an ID property by 1 for each new contact created?

I'm looking for a way to increase the value of a custom ID property by 1 for each new contact created. The ID has a prefix of 241 and is 7 numbers long so would look like the following 

contact 1 - 2410001

contact 2 - 2410002 etc

This doesn't appear to be possible without using ops hub pro or a 3rd party integration, as the "increase value by 1" workflow action won't work for setting unique IDs for each contact. 

 @karstenkoehler I've seen you pop up on multiple posts about using zapier and google sheets for this, but I haven't been able to get it to work personally. Perhaps you could share some info on how this might work?

If anyone has any alternative solutions I would be grateful!

Another way of solving this is with operations Hub or throughout the API

of course programming needed in both options.

Unfortunately, although we do have Ops Hub, we also have no one on the team who can code using it, which is why we're looking at integrations at this stage.
