How can I generate reminder to alert that an associated contact that is missing in a deal

Hi All,

I know this questoin must have come up couple of times before however , I couldn't find an appropriate answer to it.

I'm looking to create a workflow that can generate an internal email notification to the deal owner for missing associated contact within the deal that was created by him/her. 

I know associated company & associated contact aren't deal properties so I believe there would be some logic that needs to be designed to get this info together for enrollement trigger to work,.

Would really appreciate if you can shed some light on this.

Hi @himanigupta !

I created a workflow with your need. Is in spanish but the logic is the same.

*Workflow based on Deals*

Filter:

Owner deal is ____

AND

Number of contacts is equal 0 (I don't know if this the correct name in english, it could be "contact associated is unknow", maybe)

I tried this workflow with a test deal and work it. You should do one workflow for each person.
