Q: How to create a list of contacts which belong to Companies with a specific value of a field which we only document in "company"?

Short A: n/a

Longer A:

Since you don't have 'Lists' functionality in Sales Pro, you'll need to copy that Company Property to your Contacts using a workflow.

Step-by-Step Example (using 'Number of employees' Company property)

-1- Create a custom CONTACT Property -- i.e., 'Company Number Of Employees'

-2- Build a workflow ...

Use the following 'Copy company property' criteria as an example ...

(see image)hubspot-workflow-copy-company-to-contact-defined.png

Once completed, you can now create a View Filter showing all contacts associated with companies that have fewer than 5 employees! (for example)

Done!

Can't wait to see what we can help you build on HubSpot today.

Which version of HubSpot are you using (i.e., Sales Pro, Marketing Pro, starter, free, etc.)?
