How can I automate assigning contact owner to sales team from a round robin link?

SOLVE

Hi,

 

There is a round-robin link we use for all our salespeople. Now

 

1. First, I want to assign the contact owner to the person with whom the sales calls has been scheduled. 

2. Second, If the call gets canceled and rescheduled with another person (through the same round-robin link), the contact should be assigned to the person with whom the call has been rescheduled.

 

How can I automate this? We have marketing professional package.

@Kashish_Garg This can be achieved through a workflow that looks at either the meeting name (if it has the host name in the title) or the 'activity assigned to' proeprty.

Have you tried to run an automation for this yet? the first steps would be to build a contact based workflow and then look at the 'activity properties' as the filter type.
