I have a sales team who captures leads in hubspot app directly. One of the most important details for my business is capturing an image of the place my sales team have visited. I want to capture the image directly into the hubspot leads form and view it when needed. I have gone through countless communtiy threads but nothing helped. There is an image field in hubspot but it only takes images when it is submitted from the hubspot website form which is of no use to me.
Can anyone help me with a tip or a workaround for this?
@Fancypants69 not all features are immediately available in the iOS app, some not for a long time. Since this feature is still in beta, the iOS app is probably not supporting this yet.

Today, you can create a custom file property in the CRM. In forms, visitors can upload files as part of their submission.
Now, you will be able to upload and manage files using a custom file property in the CRM, enabling you to more seamlessly manage files across the CRM platform.
Why does it matter?
These enhancements to custom file properties will improve file management in HubSpot. Some examples of how they can be used:
Requiring that a purchase agreement is attached to every new deal created using the Create Deal form
For previously existing file properties, HubSpot will attempt to resolve existing values on file properties and show them as preview links in the file manager. Unresolved values will be highlighted in red, noting that the value doesn’t appear to reference a file.
Limitations to keep in mind:
A maximum of 10 files can be uploaded per property
Hi Karsten, thank you for your reply. I have gone through the demo shown in this thread. As I can see after adding the custom file property in the leads form the demo user is shown an "add file" button (screenshot attached). I followed the same demo and created a custom file field as "Site Image" but I can't see any button to add the files (screenshot attached). Also, how will it work on Hubspot app? Will I have a similar button to add files from the ios application as well? Thanks in advance
Hi Karten, that helped. I hadn't joined beta but now I have and can see the "add file" button on web. I still can't see the button on ios application ((screenshot attached). I there anything else I have to do? You have been of great help.
