How To? Bulk Adding Mass Contacts to "Log a Meeting" in HubSpot?

SOLVE

HubSpot Community,

Is there a way to do a bulk add of let's say 258 HubSpot contacts to log a meeting? We are trying to update 258 contacts that attended a webinar and would like to note across all of our HubSpot platform that these contacts sat in on a meeting/webinar, thus the desire to bulk add attendees.

Please help and THANK YOU!

Hi @barrettc31,

It's currently not possible in HubSpot to bulk add notes to workflows (see earlier HubSpot community posts here and here). However there are two options for workarounds.

Your first option would be to create a custom property (which allows for bulk editing). That is where you store the information about the webinar.

Your second option would be an import of two objects: contacts and notes. You need to create spreadsheets for each. Both must have a common column.

You can find the knowledge base article on imports here. Also @ariplaut wrote a great blog post on importing objects with associations here: https://blog.hubspot.com/customers/everything-you-need-to-know-new-hubspot-import

Hope this helps!
