I was just wondering if there is a way on Hubspot to prioritise contacts by their hierarchy when on the company profile? This would make it much easier to identify the top contacts when looking at a company's profile.
If you're on a Starter subscription, you could consider editing the properties on the contact card, e.g. by including a property like Buying role or Position: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/select-properties-to-show-on-record-association-cards
Hope this helps!

@karstenkoehler gave a great answer, but if you need a little more in terms of visually understanding your key decsion makers amongst your customers and prospects, it might be worth checking out OrgChartHub. As HubSpot users ourselves, we had the same challenge as you, working with large businesses and mapping the key stakeholders visually. The app started out as an internal tool, but today 5K + active HubSpot customers use the product.
This short video may also help in terms of whether to use the buying role field or association labels:

I've now created the association label 'decision maker', however when looking at the contacts on a company page, it isn't ordering it with the decision maker at the top. Is there a way to do this?
It might have been a coincidence on my end then that contacts with labels always came up at the top. If it's not working consistently for you, then unfortunately it's not yet possible.
