Hide deals on company or contact card from specific pipeline

We are a big European company and due to this we have at least two pipelines per country but we also have an integration from our billing system in to HubSpot which sends in deals with different products. Then Marketing are sending out customer information based on this.

What I would like to do is for the Sales rep not to be able to see this specific pipeline at all but they should be able to see eachothers. Therefore I do not want to limit them to only see their teams deals.

You could put all sales reps into one team...

https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/create-and-manage-teams

... and set their deal access (view) permissions to "Team only", excluding unassigned. All deals from your billing system would have to be either owned by no one or by a user that is not in the same team as all of the sales reps.

This would effectively hide the unassigned deals from the sales team.

Hi, but this does not work because we have 3-4 teams per country and we can't have everyone in every team. They need to see eachothers deals because we work across the countries. So as I wrote in the first message I do not want to limit them to only seeing their teams deals.

Yes, this is done but the sales rep still see the deals on the company or contact card where they are associated so they have to scroll trough a big list for our biggest customers. That is where I want to be able to hide them, so they are not visable.

@RAndersson1 then the only option I see would be the team based access + using workflows to share access to all deals from other reps via workflow: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/share-records

This would require an Enterprise subscription. On a Professional subscription, what you're trying o do is, as far as I know, not possible.
