Helpdesk Teams / Summary

Hi there, 

 

we have teams set in HS. 

 

BUT, I am looking at "Summary - > Team availability" and do not see all members there.

I can not modify this section. 

 

So my question is, why I do not see all members? 

I checked, if there are just "main" members, but it is not the case. 

 

Any idea how to set this overview correctly?

Hi Pam, 

 

I see in my team 17 users, 6 are main team members.

It seems, that I can not manage acces for Helpdesk for users separately. I mean, as in Inbox.

In this summary in Helpdesk I can see just 3 users

Can you help me out? What and where should be set differntly, so I can see here just member of my specific team?

Hey @JJ9,

 

Please ensure the right users are assigned to the correct team in Settings > Users & Teams. (More information here). Also, confirm that the required users have the correct permissions under Settings > Helpdesk.
