Helpdesk Teams / Summary

Hi there, 

 

we have teams set in HS. 

 

BUT, I am looking at "Summary - > Team availability" and do not see all members there.

I can not modify this section. 

 

So my question is, why I do not see all members? 

I checked, if there are just "main" members, but it is not the case. 

 

Any idea how to set this overview correctly?

The issue might be related to team configuration, user permissions, or filters in the "Summary" view. Please ensure all members are correctly assigned to the team, and check if there are any filters or restrictions in place.
