Help with Deleting a Property Option in Deal Properties

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to delete a property option within a Deal Property, but HubSpot is telling me there are 6 deals with this value. However, when I filter my deals using this property and option, nothing shows up.

Could these deals be in a deleted state, or is there somewhere else I should look to find these? Any suggestions on how to locate these deals or resolve this issue?

Hi @Hyroxware,

Could you confirm that you're a super admin and/or have permissions to view all deals in your CRM? There might be records you don't have access to.

Similarly, have you made sure, when searching for these deals, that you're not looking at a filtered view with additional criteria?

Lastly, if you've confirmed these two items, I would simply approach HubSpot support directly in-app, via chat or email.

Deleted records should not be blocking you from removing a dropdown or checkbox option / deal property.
