Help us improve association search on the record page

Hello HubSpot Community 👋

This is Sabrina from HubSpot’s product team. I’m wondering if you’ve ever had trouble finding the right record to associate while you’re already on a record page - for example, when you’re on a deal, click “Add” on the right sidebar, and then start typing into the search bar in that panel.

We’re currently focused on that specific search experience on the record page, and we’d love to better understand what you’re running into. We’re running a short survey to learn things like:

• In your day-to-day, when do you use that side panel search to find a record to associate?

• What makes it hard or frustrating to find the right record there?

• What would help you feel more confident to know you’ve picked the correct record?
