Hello, I have been trying for a week to clean out the crm contacts and companies, but it says i do not have the permissions even though my boss has tried multiple times to activate them. I have screenshots attached. What should we do ?

This looks like a bug and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support (via the ? in the menu bar) directly – by chat or email.
Also, assuming that these contacts have not consented to their data being shared publicly, I'd recommend removing that second screenshot or blurring it. cc @CommunityTeam
