SOLVEEven though I've already mapped all properties in 'deal stage', it says 'not able to import'. I was wondering what I might be missing?

The 'Deal stage' alone is not sufficient – you also need to map a 'Deal name' and 'Pipeline'. In your last screenshot, pay close attention to the 'Map all of'.
HubSpot cannot create a deal from the deal stage alone. A deal stage name might occur in multiple pipeline, hence the pipeline specialisation is needed. A name for a deal is required as, I assume, they're otherwise not distinguishable in the CRM.
Add columns for both in your import file, specify a name and the deal pipeline, and it should work.

As I can see in this screenshot:
Until your properties don't map in the CRM there will be no successful import make sure you have added the deal name and pipeline column in your import file
