Google Emails Being Sent and RecordedEvery I Email a Contact

Hi,

 

I have a Gsuite email account and have it integrated with my HubSpot CRM.

 

I also use Outlook for Mac for the main email application.

 

When I check the CRM entries and also my SENT box in my Gmail account, it looks like every email I send to a Contact is recorded twice.

 

Two entries in Hubspot CRM & 2 Sent emails in the SENT box.

 

Has anyone else expereinced this?

 

If so, what's the best course of action?

Hi @adonatac,

 

Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you please send along this information: 

  • Does this happen for all email sends, or just some? If some, are there patterns (e.g. only when I email contacts on a specific domain)?
  • Roughly when did you notice this start happening? 
  • Do you see two emails in their sent folder or only one?

Hi Jenny,

 

I think it was just a temp glitch.

 

It seems to have sorted itself out.

 

I do however still always have two identical sent emails recorded in my SENT box whenever I send an email to a contact in HubSpot.
