It would be useful to be able to create 'global' picklist value set that you can reference from different objects in HubSpot.
For example, you might have a "product interest" list of values that you want to specify for a Contact and then also reference in a Deal. Also useful for referencing lists of Countries or sales territories.
I know you can duplicate Properties across objects and use a a Workflow to set the value, but this feels a little overkill for a Workflow and a bit clunky.
Salesforce has a similar capablity:
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @vanessahunt
Yeah I get what you're saying, some properties would be worth sharing across all objects.
In the meantime, a "band-aid" solution could be to customise the properties for the Contact association card, on the right side of a deal record. So whenever you're on a Deal and you see the associated contact, you can see that said property.
That being said, the workflow is the best solution and it's scalable.
It'd be worth posting your suggestion on the Idea forum :).

Thanks for your reply @Adeline. We need the property on both Contacts and Tickets for our use case, but appreciate your tip! Darn - I thought I was posting on Ideas here - I'll copy there! Thank you.
