Getting a list of all contacts/companies related to my deals

Hello,

How can I get a display of all contacts or companies that are related to deals that have a specific attribute (like broker 1 = noam). Basically I am trying to do a join.

Hi @NArbel,

When you create a contact- or a company-based list (Menu > Contacts > Lists), you cannot only filter for contact/company properties, but also for deal properties:

Under Deal > Deal properties, you should find your broker property.

Once you save the list, HubSpot will populate the list with all contacts (or if you're creating a company-based lists with all companies) that are associated to at least one deal that meets the criteria you specify.

Thanks @karstenkoehler, that is very helpful. I do have a follow up questin:

I'd like to create a lists that has all contacts (no filter) with details (phone email) and thier accociated company AND some attributes of the company (like phone # or demain name). 

How do I do this kind of join?

Hi @NArbel,

This would require a custom report across two objects; contacts and companies. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/reports/create-reports-with-the-custom-report-builder

Such a report can be visualized as a table.

Lists are not an option here as they only show data from the option you're building the list on.
