Based on HubSpot’s own Engagements API, third-party apps like Hilos usually don’t log their activity (like WhatsApp messages) as native engagements unless they specifically build it that way. So those messages typically aren’t available through HubSpot’s standard endpoints.
Hilos does have their own API docs, but they don’t list any endpoints tied directly to HubSpot data.
Unless Hilos is creating custom timeline events (which would need a specific event type ID), your best bet is to reach out to their support team and ask if they offer access to message data via API or webhook.
