Get Contact Engagement

Hi,

I need help regarding engagement API, My use-case is that i need to return the call, email, note and form activity of a contact. Any help would be appreciated. I am willing to use v3 API for these. Thankyou

Hi Hammad,
Yes this is possible.
To get these activities for a contact, look into each respective endpoint (e.g., notes API for notes) provided in the documentation for managing engagements. Each type of engagement has its own set of endpoints allowing actions such as retrieving information about calls, emails, notes, and forms related to contacts
