Generate reports in word format

I want to generate reports from the CRM into a set word format. This word format should have our logo and header/footer.

Is this possible in Hubspot CRM?

Hi @Nandha18,

Out of the box, this is not possible. The closest you can get would be recurring dashboard emails which let you attach the PNG files of the reports which you can then put into a word document.

With other automation tools (Zapier, Automate.io etc) there might be ways to accomplish this but I'm not aware how.

Most likely, if you want Word documents, your best option would be to sync HubSpot data into a reporting tool which supports Word exports.

Hi Nandha, we finaly created a plugin, where you can create a word document from HubSpot deals with a click! More details in the marketplace: https://ecosystem.hubspot.com/de/marketplace/apps/sales/sales-enablement/chilidocs--2934307 . This is just the first shot. Shortly the app will be even more sophisticated with the possibility to add it on every data object, not just deals. Give me a feedback, what you think.
