Free account says I've used all available custom properties but no custom properties are listed

I have a Free account for which 10 custom properties are allowed. Hubspot says I've used 11 of the 10 allowed (assume they were created during a trial period?), however, when searching the list of properties across all objects (Companies, Contacts, Deals, Invoices, Marketing events, Products, and Tickets), there are no properties associated with any user other than Hubspot. 

There is one username listed in the dropdown to select for each of those objects, but again, there are no properties associated with her.

Assuming that user did in fact create 11 custom properties, there is no way for us to delete them and therefore, there is no way for us to manage or create the 10 custom properties this tier would allow.

Please advise...

Hi @BHughes2,

Do you see any custom properties under the "Archived Properties" tab?

If there are, permanently delete from there to see if it clears up your issue.

No... the Archived Properties tabs are empty, along with the "0" indicator in the tab itself, for all of the object types.
