Formula field to calculate contact's age based on date of birth

I know you can create a formula field, but I can't figure out how to perform a calculation based on a contacts date of birth to come up with their age. Anyone have any thoughts on how to pull this off?

Hi @famoffice!

You can do that by creating a Calculated property with the difference between the contact birthdate and today's date.
HubSpot doesn't have a default "today's date" option, so you should use a Workflow (or API) to do that. This workflow should update your contact every day and set a date property the today date (date of step).

Have you heard of Tick Tock Today? It's an app that creates a today's date property for your objects. It's available on the HubSpot Marketplace.

You could use this property to create a time between property using today's date and the contact's date of birth. There's a blog post going over how to to that here.
