Forms -

SOLVE

We are using a form instad of a login book.  This isnt really a website item as it is in store.  When placing the link into a browser the inforamtion does not reset. What can I do to ge this to work?

Hi @ctkitchen,

 

I believe you are having an issue with the form prepopulating based on previously filled information.  Here's why that is happening.

 

To fix, on your form options, uncheck the box that says "Pre-populate contact fields with known values". Additionally, you can add a link to your form page to reset, as stated in the article I linked above.
