Hi,

How do i get a form submissions to link to a list in hubspot? I have created a subscriber form which is accessed via a website but when someone submits the form it only shows one contact in the list. (Usualy the latest submission)

Hi @BIGPOSTMEDIA! To automatically add a form submitter to a list, you must create an Active List.

Go to Contacts > Lists > Create List.

On the next screen, select Contact-based and Active List, then hit next.

On the next screen, name your list, and in the Filter Type list, selelct Form Submissions.

Select the form you want to create a list from, refine by web page and/or date, and click Save.

And that's it! Every time a contact submits the form, they'll automatically be added to your list.
