Form submission not showing in Contact page

Hi Everyone, 

 

A couple of my sales reps are having this issue, with the rest of the company having no problem in viewing this information.

 

When one of the affected sales reps opens up their newly assigned contact, the form submission which the customer has submitted and should show up on the contact is displaying the following message:

 

"There was a problem displaying this event. Please refresh the page to try again."

 

This has been present since yesterday for them and no amount of refreshing seems to solve it. Has anyone else experienced this? 

 

We have just recently upgraded the number of our contacts, could this have done something?

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi @JHealey ,

Updating contacts must not be causing this issue. There might be a technical glitch for a while. These kind of issues might ccur once in a while but then get resolved themselves within no time. Just ask your reps to logout and then login.
