- Notification is enabled - e-mail address is a user
- disabled, updated and enabled notifications - form submission works
- no e-mails in junk or spam
I checked all the recommended actions and read all the posts but cannot find the problem. Unfortunately, Hubspot has no tools to use for troubleshooting this. If i don't get this resolved, I will move to another platform.
Did you try test submission to see if the notifications are received by the recipients, if the test submission doesnot work, review the email delivery logs to check if the emails are being sent from HubSpot.
