Form definition could not be saved

Hi all,

I have created a form but when I try to publish it, it says "Form definition could not be saved. Please try again later". Even if I try again later, I get the same error.

Also, if I preview the form it doesn't show my changes despite saying the draft has been saved.

I am using the free version. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @amanda_k,

Can you please share screenshots of where you are getting stuck? 

Additionally, can you please confirm this issue occurs across multiple browsers, through an incognito window, and for multiple users?

Does this form relate to a follow up email? If so, can you please confirm the email has a footer included?

Hi

No, this form was not related to followup email.

But every form that is being created has a followup mail option under which there is a footer content (footer content once saved shows in all forms)

It seems that the footer content is mandatory and hence the form was not getting saved.

Once when i added the footer content i was able to save the forms.
