Form Submission - View or List?

Hi

I have discovered unintentionally, this in my data, this is coming from our Website, which is managed by our IT Dept.  Which is fine, it does need some amending as its not detailed enough

My question is, how can I create a view or a list based on these forms coming in?  I ask because I need to forward these to our sales team and need filtering out.  it isonly becuase I stumbled across them, I need to find them

Firstly you need to segment the data with property record sources and Record source details 1 and create the list based on this filter.

Hi @JGray30,

You can find a list of all forms under Menu > Marketing > Forms. If that's not what you're referring to, could specify what exactly you mean? (Is this a non HubSpot form? Are you referring to the page title?)

It is a none Hubspot form, which I am hoping our IT Dept can add more Properties / Fields.  What I am asking is, based on the criteria which I have screen shot, can I create a view so I can find these requests for us to contact them?

@JGray30 a view of all submissions or all non-HubSpot forms? In the forma overview, you should see a drop-down to filter for form type and specify non-HubSpot forms.

I have resolved it.  I added a column Record Source 1 and it named where the form came from.  So created a view based on that - thank you
