The situation is as follows. It’s very simple but I can’t find a solution yet.
I am selling products online.
Part of my production is sold online, without any help of my sales team
Part of my production is sold offline, thanks to them.
My objective is to build dashboards where I can follow my online sales objectives and compare them to my online sales activity.
As far as I understand, if I want to follow my online sales, I need to create a « fake user », that will be the owner of the deals. And affect him sales objectives.
This means that I have to pay for an additional user to build a clean dashboard of my online sales (activity + objectives)
So additional paid seats are not required to be able to own a deal in HubSpot, you should be able to assign users to these deals without purchasing a paid seat.
For the online vs offline production - would it not help to break these into separate pipelines (offline vs online, you might have a different sales process)? Or just compare unassigned deals (the online) to your sales activities for the offline?
