First time Import- many double companies

I did a FIRST import with Companies and Contacts in one combined Excel file.

After import, I see that, if there are five contacts in one company, under Companies I see

5 times the same company each with the different contact name. So.. is there somewhere

.before importing, a CHECK on dupilcate companies, where can I find that..?
