First Page Seen & Last Page Seen Population - Need Help!

Hi HubSpot Community,

I'm facing an issue with the "First Page Seen" and "Last Page Seen" properties and would greatly appreciate some guidance.

I've tried multiple times to get these properties to populate, but without success. I've used different browsers (Chrome and Safari), accepted cookies on the website, and followed all the standard procedures, but these properties remain empty. I've even tried going incognito and deliberately selected to accept all cookies to ensure we can see this level of granularity in the data.

I don't understand how the "First Page Seen" and "Last Page Seen" properties are supposed to work. Can someone explain how these properties function and what might be causing them not to populate?

Thanks. Yes it is populating. I wonder that just maybe a very high percentage of people are declining cookie ort have ad blockers.

That's great @TBirch I'm glad we've confirmed that it is working as expected.

I agree that you either have people not accepting cookies or blocking them, and in your case with the test, it's likely that as an internal user that might have been something else preventing it from associating to your record accordingly (seems strange, but the only thing I can think of).

Hi @TBirch happy to help with figuring out why the properties aren't populating - when you ran your tests, did you submit a form on your website before or after accepting cookies?

Have you run a filter to see how many, if any, contacts have one or both of these properties known? is it blank for 100% of contacts, or only for your tests?

I completed the form after I had accepted the cookies on all of the tests. The page view and the first and last seen are not being populated at all which make me think that the cookie is not being passed but when I ran the diagnostics through the chrome inspect tool the cookie and the tracking code were correct and present. 

It has been blank for all of my tests and within the  live data being pulled from the site it is spotty at best.

@TBirch thanks for confirming, are you using HubSpot's cookie banner or a third-party? Would it be possible to share a link to your website so I can check it out directly?

Thanks @TBirch and very cool website/service - After accepting cookies, I signed up for the newsletter on the home page, checked out several pages, and left on the Our Process page. Can you check my contact record to see if it logged to those properties?
