Filtering companies by a postal code range

I would like to find companies in western PA only.  Can I filter companies by a postal code range using just the first 3 digits of the postal code?

Thank you for responding! I was hoping to be able to filter by a range such as all zips from 150* through 168*.  Couldn't see how to do this other than entering each 3 digit zip individually  (150*,151*,152* etc) Timeconsuming, but it works. Would be nice if there was a symbol such as Excel has like the : to indicate a range (150*:168*)
