Filtering by Original Source Drill-down doesn't seem to work
SOLVE
Hi, we have several types of Offline Sources leads that require different treatment via workflows and as such we want to filter them by Original Source Drilldown 2. However, using the values shown in the column to filter in Contacts views or in lists, and neither using the 'is exactly' nor 'contains' filter types yields any results.
Thanks for recording and sharing, you might want to remove the video if the data shown is of actual prospects and customers.
I retraced the exact same steps and for me the filters and results are working as expected. Unless there's a typo which I'm not spotting in your video, I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot support about this via the purple in-app widget (lower right of the screen) or this link: https://help.hubspot.com/
Best regards!

Filtering by Original Source Drill-down doesn't seem to work

Hi Filip!
Came across this question and I believe the reason why the filter may not have worked or you is because the actual value of "...source drill-down 2" may not always be the same as the displayed text.
I've attached an example of this and here you can see that the actual value is "EMAIL_INTEGRATION" whereas the displayed text is "email integration". This can be found on your record > all properties > [search for drill-down 2] and hover over the (i) icon

Hi all, appreciate you coming back to me on this. @webdew unfortunately the issue still persists for me. @karstenkoehler please see the video I made here [redacted subsequently]
As seen, OSDD1 works but OSDD2 doesn't. We decided to use OSDD1 as a filter but in any case this might be an issue to flag with Hubspot.

Yes, you are correct. Earlier it was not showing anything when we filter in Contacts views or in lists, and neither using the 'is exactly' nor 'contains' filter types yielded any results.
Maybe there was a glitch from the backend. Now, it is resolved as I tried it myself today. You can try it again and check if it is working for you also.
Hope this helps! If we were able to answer your query, kindly help the community by marking it as a solution. Thanks and Regard.
Would you mind sharing screenshots of what you're seeing in the Original source drill-down 2 column on the contact index page (Menu > Contacts > Contacts) and the filter you're setting in a workflow? Could you share the workflow criteria, too? (There might be other criteria which are preventing correct enrollment or branching. I've found the original source properties to be very reliable in the past.)
