I have uploaded data from an Excel Spreadsheet, I want ot make sure every record has uploaded. The only way I figured I could do that, is to create a filter by the "Original Source Drill Down 2" column that states "Prospects V2"
My spreadsheet has 571 records, some were rejected which I have fixed. is there any way I can create a View under contacts that shows only those records that were imported from the spreadsheet "Prospects V2"
@JGray30 go to a contact that you know was created in that import and check out their Original source drill-down 2 value. That's what you can use in your list!
Just like you mentioned, the "Original source drill-down 2" contact property will contain the name of the import (as long as that is what originally created them).
You can either:
Head to Contacts > Contacts and create a saved view/add a filter for "Original source drill-down 2" = "Import Name"
Or head to Contacts > Lists and create a list for "Original source drill-down 2" = "Import Name"
Just be sure to check out the results of your import to see if there were any duplicate contacts. You may not see a match in the number of contacts between your spreadsheet and the records in HubSpot if any of them had the same email address.
