I want to create a View in which contacts will be filtered if the "Last contacted" property is more than X days ago. I noticed that there is no such option in a regular filter, but only when creating a List. What could be the reason for such a difference, and are there any ways to filter in this way without using a List?
[Live] New Filters for Date Properties on Object Index Pages
Mar 28, 2023
What is it?
When filtering by date on yourobject index pages, you now have the option to apply "is more/less than [x] days ago" criteria.
Why does it matter?
Prior to this release, filtering by dates on a rolling basis in the object index pages was pretty tough to do. For example:
If you wanted to see all of your contacts who were created in the last 7 days, you had to select a date last week in the calendar input, thenupdate that filter every dayso that it continued to represent the previous 7 days from today's date. 👎
By allowing you specify the number of days before or after a specific date, you can easily segment for the records that were created in a given time frame. Using the same example above, you'll now be able to apply the following criteria:
[Create Date] [is less than] [7] [days ago]
From there you can just save the view and move on to your next to-do list item, saving you time and unnecessary frustration!
Select any date property (e.g., "Became a customer date").
Once you've selected the date property you'd like to filter on, you will see the new options for "is more than" and "is less than." Click the blue text next to change "day(s) ago" to "day(s) from now" and enter the number of days you wish to search on.
Who gets it?
This feature is available to all HubSpot customers.

@karstenkoehler wonderful that the "more than x days ago" filter was added but I'm unable to find it when looking at filters for contacts or deals. I tried testing different "date" fields and don't see the new option you're referring to. Screenshot of the filter options for Deals->Actual Close Date below. Is the feature rolled out to everyone or am I missing something?
