Hello @NMcDine, what is the error showing on your end? Currently, only Marketing Starter subscriptions and above have access to files in their account. More information here .
I was able to check with our team and looks like your account is all set to use the File Manager, could you confirm in your end that you are not seeing this message anymore?

I am experiencing an issue with File Manager also. It doesn't appear under my marketing tab and I need to be able t access it to grab the content url. I am also the super admin of the account.
