I am implementing a user contact collection form on the site https://mirpokera.com.ua/ua/.
Website in php + html. Is there a ready-made connector for connecting the site and detailed documentation for configuration? Are there any technical requirements for the form or site?

I don't know if I understand your question correctly, but you can use the embed code of the HubSpot forms, to insert on your external website and so all your contacts will be inserted in the HubSpot CRM.
