So this week I have been creating new companies and then adding in several contacts for each company. HubSpot requires each contact to have their own address and I find myself in many cases having to type the same address and menu attributes over and over as I add each new contact. Sure...sometimes the address of the contacts might be differ from one another but in many cases they are the same. It would be helpful to have a 'fast contact' option on a contact so that when selected the 'new contact' form that pops up would have all the fields of the new record that pops up populated based on that contact record--except for perhaps the name and email field. This would make it faster and easier to simply input the correct name, email and quickly scroll through the pre-populated fields. Frankly, I sometimes do not input contacts because I do not want to have to type the same address over and over and have to go through all of the classifications that are exactly the same for the contacts for that compay...so I just type the names into a note field for safe keeping until I find time later to do repetitive data entry. Creating a contact needs to be easier and available from any page in the CRM. There are too many steps to create a new contact and when a contact works at the same company, you should have the ability to duplicate from all fields except the name and email. This would drastically cut down the work required to create multiple contacts that work in the same company.
