Facebook Leads not pulling into Hubspot

lösung

Hi,

 

We have connected the Facebook ad account to Hubspot and lead syncing is turned on, but the leads are not going into Hubspot.

 

Any advice?

Hi @KStrydom .

First thing, try to disconnect and reconnect your fb ad account with following steps:


To disconnect your ad account, go to Settings > Marketing > Ads
Click the Action dropdown and click disconnect ad account 

To reconnect:

Go to settings settings

Marketing > Ads.

In Accounts tab, click Connect account

Select account you want to connect

If you still having truouble: check if you have all the necessaty permission
