I understand that the CRM hub helps create contacts automatically from connected mailboxes (great feature). But lots of my customer inquiry emails come from generic mailbox addresses (e.g. notification@xxx.com) with contact details captured in a form within the email body.
I've been manually dissociating the contact from the generic mailboxes and entering the accurate contact details so far, but wondering if there's a feature in HubSpot that helps extract contact info from email body and perhaps can be coded to read a given format of email.
There is no HubSpot out-of-the-box solution for this, but I want to tag some of our experts to see if they would have some workarounds or suggestions for this - @Gonzalo@lynton@DAnaGuiloff do you have something to share with @hktango on this?
@hktango , is Zapier working for you as @RGeorge6 suggested or did you learn another work around to extract the information? We have the same challenge.
