External company information added to HubSpot Company properties

Hi!

I'd like to send clients a mail about giving us their updated company information (maybe I'd use Typeform for it) but we'd use need the given data updated in HubSpot properties.

Is it possible here?

Hi @DSzombath. 

If you use HubSpot for your form, it's definitely possible. You can asdd Company properties to a form that connects to your Contact's associated Company. Here's what that looks like: 

One necessary step in Hubspot is to turn on the "Automatically create and associate companies with contacts."

For a Typeform solution, I don't think it would work as seamlessly since the non-HubSpot forms push limited information and don't operatge as well as HubSpot forms within the HubSpot CRM.

@DSzombath you can send a form via email with a link (click here to update your information, as an example). HubSpot forms do not embed into emails so you see the full form, no.
