Exporting customer labels from Pipedrive to Hubspot

Trying to work out how to bring the customers over to Hubspot from Pipedrive including the customer labels. I have succesfully transferred the customers themselves, but the labels didn't transfer through with them. Anyone know if it is possible to do this? And how?

@JFarrar1 +1 on @matthew-aire's suggestion!

HubSpot does not have labels, so everything you want to save at contact or company level needs to "live" in a property. Meaning you would to the following:

1. Run an export of your "labels"/information out of pipedrive
2. Create the matching properties in HubSpot
3. Run an import and match your Pipedrive labels to the newly created HubSpot properties

Did you manually export and import into HubSpot, or have you used an integration?

Also, have you created a matching contact property in HubSpot that matches the Labels from Pipedrive?

I used integration. I have not created a matching contact property, how can I do this?

Hi @JFarrar1 

1. Click on the settings icon top right of screen

2. On the left hand-side under Data Management click Properties

3. Right hand side CTA > Create Property

4. Object type Contact, Group can be Contact Information, Label can be anything you'd like to call it, and description too

5. Next

6. Field type > Drop-down select

7. Add in each label so they match exactly what's in Pipedrive

8. Next & Create

Now go back to you integration page for Pipedrive <> HubSpot

1. Still in settings on the left go to Integrations > Connect Apps

2. Click pipedrive

3. Re-sync the integration, making sure you can choose to map the labels information from Pipedrive to the new property in HubSpot

@matthew-aire , I guess another one on this would be activities. Trying to transfer the activities of the customers over, though this seems like a much more complicated process. Any ideas on how to do this?

@JFarrar1 - what subscription of HubSpot do you have?

Accoring to the Pipedrive <> HubSpot integration you can sync over:

1. Call activities
2. People
3. Deals
4. Deal Activities
5. Email Activities
6. Meeting Activities
7. Notes
8. Organizations
9. Products
10. Task Activities

On the integration page in HubSpot you should be able to choose in addtion to People/Contacts what other types of information you would like to sync.
