Exporting ZoomInfo Important to Know info to Hubspot
TL;DR: When new contacts are exported from ZI > Hubspot, our AEs don't know why they were assigned.
We're running Zoominfo, and have Hubspot connected. We have workflows running to export data from ZI > Hb, and that is all running fine.
The challenge is that ZoomInfo has this robust Important to Know section, and it is not a field that is exported / synced to Hubspot.
What would be great is having that info automagically added as a note in the Hubspot company field so reps could just look there and know why they were assigned.
From my admin side, I'd like to also track which workflow the contact was from.

Hey @MSodnicar Thank You for posting in the Community!
About your question, See when contacts are exported from ZoomInfo into HubSpot, ownership assignment depends entirely on how ZoomInfo is configured:
Contact Owner Mapping: If a contact in ZoomInfo already has an assigned owner and that owner also exists as a user in HubSpot, HubSpot will automatically assign the contact to that same AE.
If No Match Exists: If the ZoomInfo owner does not exist in HubSpot, HubSpot will not be able to assign the record. In that case, the contact will either remain unassigned or follow your default fallback assignment rules.
Important to Know: Before exporting, you should manually assign the correct owner in ZoomInfo (either yourself or the AE who also exists as a HubSpot user). This ensures the contact comes into HubSpot with the right owner from the start and avoids confusion for reps.

So in the Integrations setting, there is a way to export which workflow has run, I would just need to create a Hb property. But still nothing on the info I need. Yet 😀

Hey @MSodnicar - thanks for posting in the Community!
I'd like to clarify - is the Important to Know section that you've outlined above a custom-built section that you and your team created in ZI, or is it standard information compiled by ZI?
Given that ZI confirmed that it's not part of the export, I'd expect that it may not be possible to sync to HubSpot. But just to confirm, I'd like to tag in some Community experts to see if there's anything I'm missing.
@RBozeman, @noahhendricks, and @DGarg - any thoughts on how we might be able to get this data into HubSpot via the ZI integration?
