I have been working a lot with a sandbox account and have created various properties, pipelines and workflows within it. Is there currently a way to sync the sandbox account with the production account so that all of these things can simply be exported rather than manually copied?

so the idea of the sandbox is to have a testing enviroment so that teams can try out different things, test new features and stuff...taking this into production 'd really mess up the live portal.
But you can try apps like Portal Replicator to migrate things from one portal to another, just have in mind that you will be updating, changing the live portal and take the time to evaluate the impact.
hope this helps

I agree with your comment, but it would be useful to be able to copy and paste a workflow, a pipeline, a playbook, with the properties linked to it, from the Sandbox to Production.
This would limit copying errors when done by hand, and save time for anyone using the Sandbox to test their automations.
@JFanslerhttps://datawarehouse.io/product/hubspot-developer-sandbox-portal-migration-toolbox/ while HubSpot does not have a native feature yet to support this, you can use this tool in the meantime. There are some limitations based on HubSpot API functionality that you can read about on that website but it's a better solution than going manual for most people who have this use case.
