Exporting Internal Property Values

Hi there,

Is there a way to export all the internal values in a dropdown property list? We need the values for an integration and we were looking for a quicker way to attain these values in a list than copy-pasting around 400 values.

Hi @OHudson,

There is a faster way, yes 🙂

1. Place the field in the form editor (if it's not a contact, company, or ticket property, simply clone the property as a contact property, then place it in the form - you can archive it after this workaround)
2. In the left sidebar of the form editor, click where the mouse pointer is showing, then drag and drop to the bottom right to select all values. Before doing so, click "Show more", of course, see screenshot below.
3. Copy (CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) 🙂

This method no longer works, at least for me. I can only highlight and copy the labels, not the values. Has there been any update that will finally allow us to export a list of values?
