Exporting Emails

My company is currently using the Help Desk and the ticketing system for all of our client communication. Since we are a financial services company, there are times when our clients could be audited. When that happens we need to be able to provide the full email conversations we have had with that client to their outside auditors. Are there any native or out of the box solutions that can export all email (or even all engagement) activies for a specific company record?

Do you know if going through that process will pull the full email details? I need the entire body of the emails within the thread and who the emails were sent to/from.
