Exporting Data

SOLVE

Hey guys,

I am struggling to find a logical way to do the following:

There are 3 types of objects in our system - contact-based, company-based, website-based. I have a list with some website URLs already existing in our database and I am trying to export the additional information that is attached to those websites (like primary contact, email addresses, etc.).

The only way I think of doing that is to import that one column Excel file of website URLs into HubSpot as a website-based import and to create a list out of those imports, hoping that the list will collect the attached information on the imported objects. However, when importing the data on a website-based import, I can't see the 'Create a list' box.

Any suggestions on how to do it?

Does the Website object have a unique identifier other than the Record ID?

If not and you do have to use Record ID, I recommend exporting all of the Website records from HubSpot and then using a VLOOKUP to match your list of Websites with the correct Record ID.

You'll then be able to import your list and update the records.

Hope this helps,

Hey @KSergieva11

I think that for the moment the create list check box only support standard object imports.

You do get a view filter of the records imported.

Have you tried creating a list manually to check that the information is imported properly?

Hey @Lucila-Andimol

Thank you for the reply, however, I managed to get another list that has the associated contacts there, so no need to make this import!

Hi @KSergieva11,

When you say that one of your objects is Website-based, is this a custom object?

Thanks,
